Every piece of feedback is reviewed by our management team:
Shared with the care workers involved and celebrated across the wider team, reinforcing the behaviours and attitudes that make our service special
Carefully considered and, where appropriate, incorporated into our service improvement plans
Investigated promptly and thoroughly, with appropriate action taken and the outcome communicated back to you
Identified through feedback analysis are used to inform training, policy development, and strategic planning
We may contact you to discuss your feedback in more detail (with your permission) or to let you know what changes we have made as a result of your input. Your feedback is always treated confidentially and in accordance with data protection legislation.
